What We Do

A multi-year, multi-phase approach to family empowerment

Coats for Confidence

Warmth & Wellness Initiative (Years 1–3)
We partner with Title I schools, shelters, and local businesses to provide coats and cold-weather essentials—because no child should face winter without warmth.

Items include: coats, hats, gloves, scarves, socks, and earmuffs.

Essentials for Excellence

School Readiness & Hygiene Initiative (Years 3–5)
We help children walk into the classroom with confidence by providing school supplies, hygiene kits, and essential resources that remove barriers to learning.

Mindful Families

Family Wellness & Mental Health Support (Years 5–7)
Through partnerships with clinics and universities, we offer counseling access, mental health workshops, and parenting programs focused on healing homes from the inside out.

Blueprints for Foundation

Financial Empowerment & Builder Bucks Initiative (Years 6–8)
We help families shift from financial survival to stability through budgeting, credit repair, debt management, and tax education.

Participants earn Builder Bucks by attending classes—redeemable at The Builders Market, our in-house store offering household essentials, clothing, baby items, and more.

Fathers Forward

Empowering Single Fathers Initiative (Years 7–10+)
Designed specifically for single fathers and male guardians, this program offers mentorship, emotional support, father-child bonding experiences, and career readiness opportunities—helping men heal, lead, and build strong families.

Trade School & Education Collaborations

Workforce & Entrepreneurship Pathways (Years 9–10+)
By partnering with trade schools, universities, and training programs, we create access to certifications, accounting education, and career pathways that lead to sustainable employment and entrepreneurship.
